Kodak...Doing Their Part

March 31, 2020

Kodak has announced that they are providing isopropyl alcohol to aid in the production of ‘NYS Clean’ hand sanitizer.

This hand sanitizer, produced by NY State, will be available to NY residents free of charge.

Governor Cuomo said the state will be producing 100,000 gallons of hand sanitizer each week in 1.7 oz., 7 oz. and gallon bottles.  Cuomo went on to say that distribution will be prioritized by the most impacted and highest risk communities.

Kodak is delivering “tanker loads” of isopropyl alcohol from Eastman Business Park in Rochester.

Jim Continenza, Executive Chairman of Kodak said, "Kodak is committed to helping fight the spread of COVID-19.  I could not be prouder of our dedicated team members who quickly mobilized to provide this essential ingredient for hand sanitizer.”

Kodak says they will continue to apply their resources and technology to discover other ways they can help in the fight against Coronavirus.
