When it was released in 1976, Paul McCartney & Wings triple-album 'Live' set, 'Wings Over America,' became the 5th consecutive #1 album for Paul & Wings. The 1976 chronicle of the Wings World Tour featured almost 30 of Paul's most well-known/loved songs, both from The Beatles and his Solo career, and the live performances of these songs added a noticeable 'spark' to the songs which up until that time, were only enjoyed as studio recordings. 'Wings Over America' would be the very first 'Live' set from Sir Paul, and he would continue to document and release more concert performances through the ensuing years, including the most recent, 2009's 'Good Evening New York City.'

The 'Wings Over America' set was reissued in 'Deluxe' fashion back in 2013 with bonus songs, a TV documentary, and other memorabilia, and the package picked up a Grammy Award for 'Best Box Set/Limited Edition.'
