If YOU are a fan of BLACK SABBATH, and you missed their final tour, dubbed, “The End,” You WILL have the chance to see and enjoy the legendary Metal Pioneers' final show! "Black Sabbath: The End of The End” is the title of the film that documents the last show of BLACK SABBATH’s ‘The End Tour,’ which took place in early February in front of an adoring, sold-out crowd in their hometown of Birmingham, England. The film, which by the way was directed by the same guy who did the same for LED ZEPPELIN’s 2007 concert film, “Celebration Day,” (Dick Carruthers), will be screened for one night only in late September at more than 1500 theaters around the world! In the days before the final show, OZZY OSBOURNE, as well as original members, TONY IOMMI and GEEZER BUTLER faced with the reality of the ‘end’ of BLACK SABBATH, experienced a range of emotions, from excitement to sadness to reflection, and OZZY, in an interview with the BBC, said, "My emotions are flying all over the place. Since I've got to this building today, I've been happy, I've been tearful. Let's see what happens." Being the true professionals that they are, and in spite of all of those feelings, the band was able to focus on the task at hand, and turned in a ‘show for the ages!’ In its review of The Sab’s final concert, Rolling Stone Magazine declared the show, “pure Heavy Metal mastery.” Fans interested in seeing ‘Black Sabbath: The End of the End’ can find out where the film will be shown by visiting the film's official website! Rock On!
