Guitarist RON WOOD (Faces, Rolling Stones, Solo) is what you'd call a 'Renaissance Man...' his guitar talents are well known (as well as being a multi-instrumentalist), and he is also an accomplished artist, author, and (fairly recently)...radio host! The previously UK-only radio show is gearing up to be seen on AXS TV starting in July, giving fans/viewers outside of England, as AXS TV says “a unique look into Wood’s award-winning radio show—bringing them behind the scenes and into the studio as he plays the songs that inspired him, shares stories from his prolific career, and sits down for revealing interviews and intimate jam sessions with some of classic rock’s biggest names.”  The show premieres July 11th with Woody's first guest, Sir Paul McCartney, and the rest of July's guest list on 'The Ronnie Wood Show' includes Alice Cooper (July 18th), Wood's Faces band mate, keyboardist Ian McLagan (also July 18th), and Slash (July 25th). In August, announced guests include legendary guitarist/producer Steve Cropper, and Patti Boyd, the ex-wife of both Eric Clapton and George Harrison. 'The Ronnie Wood Show' program will air two episodes each week back-to-back at 8 p.m. Eastern/5 p.m. Pacific with encore broadcasts every Sunday night. Rock On, Ronnie Wood!
