Despite 2 Touring Versions, All Members Of YES In Harmony

Only 'issue' is fan confusion of which members/which band?

While I don't claim to speak for all YES fans, I've been a fan of the Prog-Rock pioneers since they were a 'new' band, and I think I may speak for many when I express my personal wish that all the original members could put aside whatever personal/creative/legal issues and tour together. Now that would be somethin'! Anyway, the 2 separate entities who are both currently touring, have no problems with the arrangement. On the road since their April induction to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and both sets of musicians observing the band's 50th anniversary, singer JON ANDERSON states that there's peace between the 2 versions of YES. In an interview with Metal Express Radio, Anderson says of the Steve Howe/Alan White version, "They've been really cool about it,” and “It's never been a problem.” It appears that the only issue is that of fans being confused about who's playing in which band, and the need for both to very clearly differentiate the members of each group. So, that's the deal. Both versions of YES are on the road in the U.S. this Summer (see itineraries below), celebrating in the 50-year shared legacy of one of the great Progressive/Classic Rock groups Ev-ah.
