BRIAN JOHNSON's 'A Life On The Road' Coming To U.S. TV

The Rock/Talk TV series hosted by AC/DC's, BRIAN JOHNSON, 'Brian Johnson: A Life On The Road,' has been acquired by AXS TV, and will make it's American TV debut in September! The 12 episodes covering 2 seasons feature interviews with such classic rock legends as Roger Daltrey, Robert Plant, Joe Walsh, Paul Rodgers, and more. Of the critically well-received program, Johnson said, “To sit and chat with my friends and heroes while filming 'On The Road' was ridiculous fun, and with no professional journalists around, you can feel the trust.” The series finds Johnson going above and abroad to catch up with an impressive roster of fellow music icons, hearing their priceless stories from their time on tour and taking viewers to the places that helped define those performer's legendary careers. The premiere episode (featuring Sting--watch the preview below) will air on September 15th, with Robert Plant guesting on episode 2, where the legendary singer talks about his love of American Blues, and recounts, among other topics, the creation of Led Zeppelin. Other guests from the first season include The Who's Roger Daltrey, Def Leppard’s Joe Elliott and drummers Nick Mason and Lars Ulrich. The second season offers more up close and personal chats with some of Rock's most elite, including Billy Joel, Joe Walsh, Mark Knopfler, Paul Rodgers and Mick Fleetwood. Rock ON, Brian Johnson!
