Bob Seger's "Night Moves" Album released 40 Years Ago!

October 21, 2016

If it were NOT for the giant success of BOB SEGER's 1976 album, "Night Moves," we might never have heard from the Midwestern Rocker again, or at least not outside of the few regional areas where he had "scratched the surface" of Rock & Roll Stardom...Mr. Seger had been payin' his dues-playing A LOT of dates in A LOT of small cities, towns, and venues. Having released the double 'Live Bullet' LP six months earlier in April of 1976, the stage was set for his next record, and it was a "make or break" situation for Bob Seger, and as we all know, well, he MADE it! "Night Moves" went on to sell more than 6 million copies, and paved the way for 2 more hugely successful follow-up albums, "Stranger In Town," & "Against The Wind."
