Sabres bring back two Amerks

February 24, 2017
The Sabres are holding true to their word that if you come up and play well, you’ll be rewarded.
Justin Bailey has been playing his best hockey on the wing with Ryan O’Reilly and Kyle Okposo and he’s been recalled from Rochester.
Bailey has two goals and one assist in 19 games with the Sabres this season.
Evan Rodrigues is not a natural center, but he performed very well when called up to fill in for Zemgus Girgensons and Derek Grant. Rodrigues has also forced himself back onto the roster as he’s been recalled while Grant gets sent down.
In eight games with Buffalo, Rodrigues has two assists.
The Sabres are on the final day of their bye week and will practice in Denver at 6:00.
