LeSean McCoy is officially DOUBTFUL for the Bills Sunday against the New England Patriots, and most likely will not play.

Head coach Rex Ryan gave the team’s final injury report Friday after practice.  McCoy injured his hamstring over a week ago but still played against the Dolphins Sunday in Miami.  He then left the game early after experiencing soreness in the same hamstring.  “Obviously, he never practiced (this week),” Ryan said.  “So, you guys can figure that out.”

If McCoy doesn’t play, Mike Gillislee will get the start at running back for the Bills.  Reggie Bush and Jonathan Williams will serve as the backups, and Ryan said both would play.

Wide receiver Robert Woods was officially listed as QUESTIONABLE after being a limited participant in practice all week.

Here is the complete, official injury report:

WR Marquise Goodwin (concussion)

S Aaron Williams (neck)

RB LeSean McCoy (hamstring)

DT Marcell Dareus (hamstring)

TE Charles Clay (knee)

DT Corbin Bryant (shoulder)

RB Mike Gillislee (foot)

LB Jerry Hughes (hand)

LB Lerentee McCray (knee)

WR Robert Woods (foot)

OG John Miller (shoulder)

OT Cordy Glenn (ankle)
