The Buffalo Bills saw some good news on the field on Friday for their final practice of the week before heading back to New Jersey to face the New York Giants on Sunday.

Both cornerback Levi Wallace and wide receiver Cole Beasley were out on the field for the media-open portion of practice. Wallace took a fall on Thursday in 1-on-1 drills and had to have his ankle looked at by trainers. Beasley missed the entire practice with an illness.

In his weekly appearance on WGR Friday morning, head coach Sean McDermott was asked about both players and said the following to Howard Simon and Jeremy White:

On Wallace: “We think he’s going to be ok. He looks a little bit better this morning. So we’ll see how it looks at practice. We’ll just take it one day at a time right now.”

On Beasley: “He’s fine. He’s back in the building this morning and had a good appetite and ready to go.”

The final injury report and designations for the game will be out Friday afternoon.
